Our Icelandic lambs are grass fed and pasture raised growing up with their moms.

With your lamb share, you purchase one of our lambs and we will look after them for you and when they are grown in the fall we get them butchered, cut, wrapped and frozen. They usually dress out around 30 - 35 lbs hanging weight and you get a mix of chops, leg roasts, ground lamb, rack of lamb, shoulder roasts. 

The meat has a fine grain and distinct, delicate flavour. The meat of the Icelandic sheep is considered a gourmet style of meat.
